Thyme is a flavourful herb that helps to relieve sore throat, cold, cough, stomach pain, flatulence, skin disorders and acts as an antioxidant. It increases urine flow and also acts as an appetizer. Its antimicrobial properties help to clear acne when applied on the skin.
HOW TO MAKE
Mix 2g of Killi Thyme leaves with 150ml of hot water, filter after 2–3 minutes, and serve. Mix with Green Tea and Black Tea to give a pleasant aroma. Can be added to season soups, salads and sauces. To keep its fragrance and flavour intact, thyme is generally added at the final stages in the recipes.
